Your Sway Fitness customer service associate will notify you by email of the status of your refund/exchange once the item has been received. If and when you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Due to our quick processing of orders, it may be difficult for us to make changes to your order after it has been placed.
